Common
questions.
Can AI stretch for me?
No. AI can help you work faster, but your body still needs to move. Panda Stretch gives you short guided stretches to follow at your desk, in the morning or before bed.
What is my first session like?
Six movements, 30 seconds each: three minutes of movement, plus preparation, transitions and check-ins. Follow the posture and equipment guidance shown in the app.
Which routines can I choose?
Pick the moment that fits your day: Morning Wake-Up, Desk Reset or Sleep Wind-Down. Each is a short, guided set you follow along in the app.
How do I know I'm doing it right?
Each movement has an animated demonstration and short step-by-step cues, and anatomical illustrations show the muscles involved. Pan, the Panda Stretch mascot, keeps you company along the way.
Is it only for people who sit at a desk?
No. Long days at a desk are a common reason to start, and the routines also cover mornings and evening wind-downs.
How do subscriptions work?
View available plans, local prices and any eligible offers in the app before purchasing. Manage subscriptions in your Apple account settings.
Can I go at my own pace?
Yes. Follow the guidance at a comfortable pace, adjust your range and stop if you feel pain. Panda Stretch is for general wellness, not medical diagnosis or treatment.
Where can I get Panda Stretch?
Panda Stretch is an iOS app, available on the App Store.
A little more ease.
With Pan.
A little time for your body.
A little room in your day.
