Terms of Service (Android)
These terms apply to the Panda Stretch app for Android. By using the app, you agree to them.
1. Service
Panda Stretch provides guided stretching, training records and related content for general wellness and relaxation. It does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Stop if a movement causes discomfort, and consult a healthcare professional about health concerns.
2. No account
The Android app does not require an account. Your records are stored on your device, and you are responsible for keeping your device and backups.
3. Panda Stretch Pro
Some features and content require Panda Stretch Pro, available as an auto-renewing subscription or a one-time purchase through Google Play. Prices are shown in the app and in Google Play before you buy.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in Google Play before the end of the current period. Free trials and introductory offers, when shown, are limited to eligible users; if you do not cancel during a trial, the subscription starts at the regular price.
Payments, cancellations and refunds are handled by Google Play under its policies. Use Restore Purchases in the app to restore Pro on a new device signed in to the same Google account.
4. Intellectual property
Panda Stretch, Pan, the illustrations, videos, audio and other app content belong to the developer. Do not copy, redistribute or modify them without permission.
5. Changes
We may update the app and these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
